Good quality, delivery a bit slow

I purchased the Jojoba Oil and some African Black Soap. The product quality is really good, the Jojoba Oil feels very light and the soap cleanses well without drying. My only small gripe was that shipping took a little longer than I expected, around 7 days to get to me. Customer service was responsive when I inquired, though. Overall, a positive experience, but faster shipping would be a nice improvement.
